RRW Associates offers a building estimating service to the private and public sectors across the North-West. When the practice was started large parcels of documents used to arrive daily and when tenders were completed and sent back by courier to the Contractor, slowly the building trade embraced the digital age and now 99.9% of our work is paperless.
Now utilising estimating software, we construct detailed estimates based on the documentation provided to us. Our estimating software allows us to produce quantities and a labour, plant and material breakdown for every individual item of the project.

The market constantly fluctuates in prices, we realise this and strive to keep our costs current. We appreciate that contractors have built relationships with certain material suppliers and subcontractors therefore, we love to discuss and utilise these relationships for their tenders.
Once an estimate schedule is complete, we encourage a discussion with the client, whether over the phone, by email or in person to understand and agree to the final figures.
Allowing us to answer any pre-tender queries the client has, giving them peace of mind.
Projects inevitably change post-tender due to external factors; we are happy to carry out cost-saving exercises and recalculate the initial tender.

Although the majority of our work is producing building costs, a small amount of the work is Quantity Surveying i.e. monthly valuations etc. Working alongside you, we can construct valuations at times stipulated in the construction contract. This gives you cash flow reassurance allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business.
